- Underutilized budgets, totaling $8532, from Student Hackers At Poly (SHAPE), Variety Gaming Tournament (VGT, defunct) have been reallocated to the student organization travel line item. American Society Mechanical Engineers (ASME) is not included.
- If a club raises more than 100 non perishable items for the Club Canned Food Drive, the club that raises the most non perishables will get a food party financed by the Senate.
- The Audit and Budget Committee requested $160 for food for 4 meetings. The allocation is approved by the Senate.
